At SilkenBra, we want every piece from our French-crafted lingerie collection to fit you as perfectly as our couture bridal foundations. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve designed our policy with the same care we put into our delicate chemises and supportive bralettes.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Like our convertible bras adapt to your needs, we aim to make this process seamless.

Important Note on Intimate Apparel

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on breast tape or any opened intimate apparel (bralettes, balcony bras, or full support pieces where hygiene seals are broken). These delicate items require the same discretion in handling as they do in wearing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Items

Gently repackage your items in the original SilkenBra packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Our lingerie deserves the same care in returning as it receives in our Parisian atelier.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Step 3: Ship Your Package

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of our balcony bras, full bust bralettes, or bridal collection pieces:

  1. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received
  2. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking for your new item
  3. Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment

Special Considerations for International Returns

As a global boutique (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Allow extra time for international shipping processing
