We deliver our delicate creations worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) with two elegant shipping options:

Standard Shipping – $12.95 CAD

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50 CAD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: Please note that customs fees are non-refundable and we recommend marking packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please handle your lingerie with the same care we take in our Parisian atelier when preparing your return.

Important Hygiene Note: For the protection of all our clients, we cannot accept returns on breast tape or any opened intimate apparel (including bralettes, balcony bras, or full support pieces where hygiene seals are broken).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Items
Gently repackage your items in the original SilkenBra packaging, including all tags and protective covers.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form
Email our lingerie concierge at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Items to return/exchange (product name, size, color)
  • Reason for return (fit/quality/other)
  • For exchanges: specify desired replacement (product name, size, color)
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition with tags attached

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of our balcony bras, full bust bralettes, or bridal collection pieces:

  • We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received
