• Free Shipping (orders over $50 CAD via EMS): 15-25 business days after 1-2 day processing

For customers outside Canada:

• Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
• We recommend marking returns as “Returned Goods”

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Exceptions include:

• Breast tape
• Opened intimate apparel (bralettes, balcony bras, etc.)
• Items without original packaging

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

8. Limitation of Liability
